Managing Director

With over 20 years' experience within the recruitment industry, Aideen is a true female entrepreneur with the foresight and the courage to implement the leading-edge customer service approach. Aideen as Keenan Recruitment's MD has successfully captured the majority of talented recruits within Northern Ireland and has become an elite recruiting leader in a highly competitive marketplace.

Aideen appreciates having such a robust and driven team at Keenan Recruitment, which she empowers by REC training and offering a clearly focused career plan for all. As compliance is the foundation of the firm, Aideen sits on the Professional Standards Committee with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Dave Kershaw

Non-Exec Director

Dave has been involved in recruitment since 2000, managing his own successful multi-disciplinary recruitment business for over 12 years.

He now invests in specialist recruitment businesses throughout the UK, and has supported Keenan Recruitment since its formation in January 2013.

Rob Fisk

IT Director

Rob has been involved in the design and development of enterprise IT systems for most of his career, and recruitment software, in particular, since 2002.

Backed by a small technical team, he is responsible for ensuring Keenan's candidate management software, database, billing systems & online timesheet solution are as efficient and user friendly as possible.
